Valley Home Care and Valley Hospice are in need of volunteers. Opportunities available include visiting patients, end-of-life doulas, bereavement support, pet therapy, and administrative office work.

How Our Volunteers Help
There is no shortage of activities for Valley volunteers. You may find them donating their time at a patient’s bedside, at the welcome desk, in offices, in community settings, in patients’ homes and other locations.
Volunteer activities at The Valley Hospital and our off-site locations may include:
- Transporting patients in a wheelchair
- Delivering mail throughout the hospital
- Assisting patients and staff on nursing units
- Providing data entry/clerical support
